Disguisting delivery service
Delivery service is absolutely the worst. They tell you they will phone you an hour before they deliver and the driver rings when he is alreayd at your gate so you don't get an opportunity to go home and receive your order. Then they apologise and tell you they will attempt to deliver another day. This is all a joke to Builders when you sleep without a door on your bedroom and freeze at night because they refuse to follow what they said they would do, absolute shame. I will never purchase anything from you again.

They still haven't contacted me. How would I go about getting a refund as even your own staff cannot get any luck in controling your Kempton Park branch?
I work during the day in order to be able to earn an income to purchase so if your delivery staff don't give me a timeframe if they are on their way to my house how am I supposed to handle this? Another order is supposed to be coming on Monday from your Edenvale branch, I am so concerned how that will be handled as this is very poorly organised from the logistics point of view.
