Disgraceful Poor Service

I bought a front loader washing machine on Black Friday from their online store. The website showed there was stock available at Glen Eagles branch. It’s been 9 days and they have not delivered the machine. When you call their call centre, no one answers. Will be reporting them to the NCC. Disgraceful company.
