Disgraceful and non existent service from Builders Warehouse

Disgraceful service from the national call centre. I have called 3 times to complain about faulty vacuum I handed in at the Tokai store. The lady made a copy of my receipt, took my vacuum and promised to call me back the next day. It’s 2 weeks later and I have not heard from the store. I also have called the call centre 3 times for assistance, and no one has called me back. Yesterday I called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady refused me and again, promised they would call me back, but nothing. No feedback no calls nothing Disgraceful
