On their website BW advertised a R100 discount on the Trimtech edge-cutter. I was distracted at the till and did not note that the discount was not app****. I returned 30 minutes later to the customer service deck where, in spite of showing the offer on my phone, I was given every possible runaround (you must have a BW card, which l did; it is not in the paper brochure, etc) until the lady engaged in a long discussion on another matter with a colleague. I eventually waved at her and walked away. Will try Chamberlains or LeroyMerlin next time.
