DISCOUNT DENIED

Yesterday I went to buy a Video Entry System which I had previously priced at R1798 . After comparing the price with what Ellies had to offer I found that the system for sale at Builders was only R137 more after deduction of my pensioners' discount.. The system was shown on the shelf as \Best Buy"but not mentioned as on \""Special\"" On arrival at the till I was told that as it was on special the pensioner discount could not be granted. I pointed out that there was no mention that this item was on special and that I was not aware of this until I was told by the cashier.
