Discarding sales service

The builders warehouse building stock department is discarding. The sales people have there have less than zero customer service. I bought material on Saturday and they promise delivery on Monday. Wednesday I went there, the sales lady don’t even apologize and called the dispatch lady who never greet and just responded asked me who promise that and there after she says the delivery is tomorrow close her book off she went. I felt so annoyed. If u want to save yourself from this circus just get other building warehouse shops

The customer care department followed through the concerns and committed to get issues resolved for customers so atleast they could earn respect for their money.
