Disaster Warehouse

Many complaints from bad attitude of a few ***********s, to this one which I think requires major adaptation/attendance/elevation: Purchasing a door (from them...inside shop) and getting sekf same door glazed. They'll do it...only if YOU, the customer measure. I flatly refused. What do I, a 66 year old woman know? Why have they got a Glass Cutting Dept if they don't/won't cut glass??? Their excuses are profound! 1.They have to cover the cost of incorrect measurements (taken by member of staff). 2. Staff member is a "cutter" only not a "measurer" ( sic ). 3. To name the best ones. What a load if pooh-ha. After putting my foot down and insisting THEY the professionals, NOT I, I got 3 (Yes 3) individuals to measure abd concur (with arrigabce and attitude between them (different race groups)....and guess what? On collection, it was WRONG. And they wanted ME to pay for it!!!!!!!!#
