Disappointment warehouse

I ordered online from Builders Warehouse Stubensvalley which stated the items were in stock. On delivery date I phoned to enquire the time of delivery and was told that no stock was available. I have been following up every day since 13 August 2020 but to no avail. I think this is pathetic service for a company that claims to be one of the best building material suppliers in the market.
