disappointing service

I went builders warehouse in Kempton park i had the worst customer service there i for too the store at 7:30 buying paints for my roof stood at pair department for 30min no one was there to assist even after i asked for assistance. I was also there to buy a vase that I saw outside priced R470 when I got to the till after assisting myself at the paints department I get to the cashier to pay the vase and my paints only to find out that the vase is not R470 that they priced it outside its R2400 waited to speak to a branch manager for sometime for them to tell me there is no branch manager two mangers by the names of given and Jacob failed to assist me on giving me the vase with the price tag that they staff member had put there for more than a week because I've been coming to buy my building materials there the whole week and that vase had that same price on it i stayed at that store until I had to request an uber for my painter because I was now running late for my meetings at work . This pricing has now affected my time and money because consumer right to pay the price that they see on the shelf
