Disappointing online service

Looked online for a specific door that we needed. Showed online that they had 3 in stock in Edenvale. We drove all the way to Edenvale from Centurion Only to find that they don’t have it and never did. They didn’t even see that type of door before. So I’m not really sure how their online store works.
