Disappointing Online Delivery

Disappointing. Placed two orders with Builders Warehouse Faerie Glen and paid immediately. After two days the orders are not ready and some of the items out of stock even though it shows available online. Tried calling 4 times only to be forwarded to inventory with no one answering. They do not care.
