Disappointing Experience with Builders Warehouse 🚫
I’m extremely frustrated with the service (or lack thereof) from Builders Hardware. Over the past month, I have sent multiple RFQs (Requests for Quotations) via email, but I have not received a single response or any acknowledgment of my inquiries.
Despite following up several times and sending numerous quotations, there has been no feedback or communication whatsoever. This lack of responsiveness and poor customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when trying to establish a business relationship.
If you're considering Builders Hardware for your needs, be prepared for long waits and a frustrating experience. I sincerely hope they address these issues and improve their customer service. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere for a more reliable and responsive supplier.

At this point, I’d be more inclined to believe in unicorns than in the idea that things will improve. But hey, I’m all ears!
