Disappointing customer service Builders Tokai

Builders Warehouse Tokai. On numerous occasions i went in to go shop and encountered the same customer service specifically Tokai branch. The lack of staff interest is shocking. I stood in isle for almost 10 minutes and staff just passed without offering service. When eventually i approached a staff member to help me the reluctance to assist was shocking. I noticed staff looking at the phones not even looking up! I was advised product available at another branch in the North and staff tells me it takes x2 weeks for them to transport between Stores. I eventually went to Tygerberg Parow branch for what i needed and wow what a wonderful experience. Amazing customer service friendly and makes effort to assist. Builders Tokai you have a big problem and you will loose clients. #AugustReview
