Disappointing Builders Warehouse online order experience
I bought a generator online on 04 June 2023 in preparation for load shedding from the StrubensValley branch. Two week ago I got a call to say it will be ready for collection 10 July 2023. Today I get an email stating that the supplier will only get stock in another 14 working days from today 07 July 2023. That means, IF the stock arrives at the supplier it will take a few more days. I think 2 Months for a order is a very disappointing experience and am wondering if the goods will ever materialize.

12 Jul 2023, 06:42It seemed Builders Warehouse took my grievance to heart and yesterday 11 July '23 I received my Generator, thank you Builders Warehouse, my faith is restored.
I am unable to change the initial review stars rating to 4 stars and would ask the hellopeter team to do that for me.
There is a lot of ****s going on lately and my faith in Builders to deliver is restored, they are a big and reliable company, sometimes slow to deliver when they depend on other suppliers but in the end they come through!!!
