Disappointing all round

As a frequent buyer and a diyer, this store never seems to amaze me with such poor quality of service. 1. The norm is that you have 3 prices, one on the net, one at the aisle and one at the till as these will never be in sync. 2. The staff looks as if they work for free or paying to work, i mean, they see you, but disappear even thou you get their attention. 3. Prices are ridiculous, about 1,5 times the price of other similar stores and since then i have found alternate stores to shop at. Thing is, builders has been rather convenient for me to shop given it being en route home.
