Disappointing

So, I was looking for resin and went onto the Builders website. The site automatically opens to any store, this time it opened up with the selected store being Rossburgh ( Builders Express. I tried to change store but couldn't. I assumed being (a franchise) a branch of the same company, selling the same products their prices would be the same. I was really upset and shocked when told by Shannel Govender ( supervisor and only one in authority at the time) that the Rossburgh store is unreachable to her and she cannot say why their price is different. Every other store has it for R650 while Rossburgh has it at R420. I must add that the website does not specify this product is on promotion or part of "discontinued" stock as Shannel informed me. So,basically Builders is a company that has one website for all their branches but each branch has a different price. Upsetting and unfair.
