Disappointed with Builders Warehouse.

I am disappointed with Builders Warehouse. I sent an email requesting for a quote. They only responded after three days telling me that i must visit the nearest branch. I did visit the branch with the list of things i need only to be told that i must go around and take barcodes of things i need because their tools system is down. I spent an hour going around looking for things.

They then gave me the quotation with Bank account for EFT payment. I paid from my business account and visited the batch next morning to collect my stuff only to be told that the money is reflecting on their account however i must wait for them to transfer the money from Builders Bank Account into my Builders Account. I visited the shop today and i was told the money is not Builders Account yet. This delay is killing my business.
