Disappointed in service levels

Builders Edenvale. Fired Earth, sales persons , Tapelo and Thabang, the assistant store manager Shoni and Manager Joey. Where is the customer service? I was at your store on Saturday 20th March, I spoke to everyone mentioned above, I filled in the customer complaints form, I am still waiting for the fired Earth consultant to call me. The problem was 2 different batches of paint with the same colour name and they were totally different colours. How is this possible? Prishal ***
