Disappointed in Builder's Warehouse new refund policy

Good Afternoon. I am so disappointed with Builders Warehouse. I don't think I will ever buy from there again. I cannot risk being given the runaround when i want my money back after returning an item. On 25 July 2022 I returned 2 items to the Gezina Branch. I had purchased 5l concrete sealant on my credit card and a 150l geyser on my debit card. I was told the amount of R298 for the sealant would be transferred to my credit card. I called on Saturday 30 July and was promised a call back today. Nothing. It's now 1 August and I have not received a refund. As for the refund for the geyser, i was told the money cannot be transferred back into my debit card because of a new policy. They opened some loyalty card in my husband's name and said I could draw the money from any branch of Builders Warehouse using that card. They did not have cash to give me. They expected me to run around to all the branches in Pretoria only to be told by the branches that they don't have cash. I live in Pretoria West and the Gezina Branch is not exactly around the corner from me. I had to make 4 trips to the Gezina Branch before I got back my money back for the geyser. I'm disappointed as this is ludicrous.
