Disappointed customer .

I am very disappointed in the service I have received, I bought 2 headboards online I wanted them in Newcastle Builders Warehouse and they didn't have it, so I opter to collect it in Strubensvilley because I urgently needed them, while I was on the road from Newcastle to JHB to collect it I got an SMS saying I must collect my headboards In Newcastle I called the call center and they confirmed me that my thinks are already in Newcastle, I come back and I went to Newcastle Builders Warehouse and they told me that they will only receive my headboards on the 8 December 2021.
