Disappointed: Builders warehouse Richardsbay

Horrible experience! . Last month end I ordered a stove from Builders warehouse Richardsbay over the phone and I sent my little sister to pay the bill and they provided a slip. They told me the stove is in Builders warehouse in Hillcrest and a store to store delivery will be done and I should await their call. Two weeks passed and no call. I phoned them and they told me they don’t know what’s going on at Hillcrest, so I should wait and they’ll try sort it out by the end of the week and they will phone me . Mind you this was the 3rd week. No call back still. Forth week I sent my sister to follow up physically because I live in the Gauteng province because of work and she lives in Richardsbay, but home is kzn empangeni. They told her deliveries take a month and a few weeks, and my question was why wasn’t I told this before. My carpenter and electrician at home have beeeen waiting as this is a built in stove so they need to fit it, and no has been updating me or anything, I’m very disappointed with their service and I’m never buying there again !
