Disappointed at poor service

Bought various items off the shelf and received a quote for bathroom shower, floor and taps. Wait time to get help on the floor was very long and even longer to get a quote. Had to collect quoted items from the back. Paid for all items quoted. Waited over 30 minutes to received quoted items but the shower tap was not provided. Was told they thought I took the item already. Another 35 minutes (105 minutes total) told item is not in stock after having paid and waited. Told I will be refunded and refund will reflect at the end of the day in my account. Supervisor doing refund could not remember her password. No refund done by next day as promised. Drove into the store today only to be told refund takes 7 days. BW wasted my time!!! Shocking service experienced and very poor understanding of refund process by the supervisor. Spent over 2h30min in store on a Sunday half of which if not more was waiting for help/clarity. Very disappointed and frustrated.
