Dirty un-organised store

I had a very unpleasant experience at the BAllito store yesterday. It seems there is a management concern. The whole store is dirty with dust everywhere. The outside parking is littered with papers. There are half packed trolleys in every isle just standing around. A lot of products dont have prices are are incorrectly priced. To make matter worse the staff are very unfriendly and appear unhappy and dont offer any assistance. Massmart should be ashamed of their Ballito branch.

Hi Luke,

I went to visit your store today again, its disappointing actually.
I counted 19 trolleys in the isles with either ******* or unpacked products on them, one guy was unpacking, the rest of the trolleys are just in the way and unpleasant to look at.
There are still various un-priced products around, potting soil being one.
Your managers and staff are mostly accumulated at the tills, I was not greeted by one staff member and none of them were smiling and made me feel welcome in the store.

Hi Kurt,

I got an email from the so called Store Manager.
They want to know what my concerns after my shopping experience?

You told me above, that you have highlighted my concerns with management so they can address them.? Why are they pretending that its new to them.

I can clearly see where the problems are, communication and attitude.

Luckily there are plenty of other shops who offer a much better experience so I support them instead.
