Digusted at customer service
Received a pamphlet today that has Woodoc \AT FACTORY PRICES"written on the back page with images of the entire Woodoc range just above. I called the Call Centre to enquire about pricing. The price quoted is the same as what I was quoted 2-3 weeks ago. Upon asking if there is a mistake with regards to pricing as the pamphlet indicates factory pricing"
