Different size tiles

I purchased tiles from Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley on 24 August 2021, the tiles are all different sizes, in one box you could find 4 different size tiles.

I have tried been sent from pillar to post from the call centre to the manager in the flooring department with no success.

This is pathetic!!!
