Despicable, honestly the worst experience I’ve had

I ordered something from builders on Black Friday, 27 November. It is now more than a month later, with no delivery and none of the stores have a clue what is going on. Talking to support is pointless because they just redirect you to a store, this company has my money with no offers of a refund and no delivery date. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from a store in my life, zero communication. Feels more like a **** than a shopping experience with a large company chain.
