Delivery staff threw bricks at my wall

2000 bricks were delivered yesterday to my home. The delivery staff (4 men) stood on the back of the truck and threw the bricks onto a manicured verge instead of passing the bricks down and stacking them. Bricks were hitting the newly constructed and painted boundary wall. My builder asked them to not do this but they ignored him. The result is about 10% of the bricks unusable, a mess of the verge and a damaged wall. Who is going to to repair my property and foot the bill? The attitude of these staff members is of no respect to property whatsoever.
