Delivery process sucks!!
If you going to offer delivery atleast place on your website which areas you refuse to deliver in. Instead you allow payment to go through after entering delivery address and then a manager would call you to say the area is a no delivery zone. THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE
