Delivery not made for goods bought in November

Ordered a washing machine at builders warehouse in amanzimtoti on 3November and I was told the machine will be ready for collection on the 4 December. 28 November my boyfriend(Lubabalo) received an sms saying its ready for collection. 30 November he goes to collect the machine but he is told they don't have the machine yet. We must expect it on the 15th December. 15th we call the store and speak to the salesperson Navash and he said he just spoke to the supplier and delivery is on its way to them and we will have machine by the end of the day. 17th I call again and its Navash is not at work and the person I speak to tells me no deliveries were made and they don't know when the supplier will deliver to them. Speak to the manager and tells me Navash will call me the next day. Next day sends a WhatsApp message saying he is putting pressure on the supplier . 26 December AGAIN we get an sms saying its ready for collection on the 28th I call there's no machine and no-one can explain why the collection sms came through and I am now told to reverse the same.
