Delivery dumped outside the house perimeter

I paid R375 for building material to be delivered to my house. The delivery team refused to offload bricks inside the gate as requested and proceeded to throw bricks on a pile ...photos taken on the outside of my gate. The team totally oblivious that it will not be secured nor potentially safe. I am gobsmacked at the level customer service delivered....and the attitude that they doing me a favour ..I PAID for the service..shocking disappointing frustrating....I suspect a sleepless night...Further a delivery paid for on Sunday expectation was Monday then negotiated due to timing and resources for Tuesday first thing..deliver after 12pm.
