Delivery date was to be 27th Sept. Still not received on 4th October 2021

Ordered a sprinkler online and of course paid for it. Was promised it would be delivered on Monday the 27th September 2021. Today is Monday, 4th Oct 2021. And I still have not received the sprinkler. Despite completing "Contact me" requests on their website everyday since 18h00 last Monday
