Delivery date 21-12-2021. Still no product

Ordered a lawnmower on 17 December 2021 Have been on the phone with them twice, sent out emails, no response what so ever, I am still waiting for the product. The delivery date was told to be on the 21st December 2021. Going on three weeks now, Xmas gift is long gone!!
