DELIVERY DAMAGE
I ordered a smart device from Builders Warehouse.
It was raining the whole day, and they delivered each item in a bakkie with a plastic sail covering everyone's items.
They had my parcel at the gate; the box was drenched with water and swollen. Upon asking if this was in the back of the bakkie, the employees blatantly **** to me, stating that they had it in front of them.
It is unbelievable that builders, being a big company, cannot afford to purchase an enclosed delivery vehicle or van, especially for electronic devices!
In disbelief?

The funds can be collected from any Builders warehouse or used toward another order.
Alternatively, I can request the funds be transferred to your bank account. However, I would need a copy of your banking details and ID to do so.
Please note, that it can take 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect once the documents have been submitted.
Please let me know which option would be best for you.
