Delivery branch was changed affecting the order progress!!
Good Day
I placed an online order to be delivered from Builders Warehouse in Riverhorse Valley, KZN but I noticed that the store was changed to Builders Trade Depot with my knowledge?? I specifically ordered from the Riverhorse Valley because they had stock of what I needed. The one in Victoria Road Pietermaritzburg has no stock of one of the items!! This order is now 5 days past the delivery date because the store was changed!!

I thought that Builders deliver nation wide but apparently the Builders Warehouse Riverhorse don't deliver to my address but why can't that be marked online when checking out??
