Delivery after a MONTH

I have been a customer for builders Warehouse for many years and when it come to their wood cutting service I always experience bad service but this time around they have pushed the limit. I have placed an order for my boards (18 items) to be cut to size on the 14/11/2021 and I will be receiving my delivery only tomorrow 14/12/2021 a full month of waiting. I understand there was an employees protest for sometime but the massmart’s CEO before the strike started stated that shops will continue as normal but the shop in question that i was dealing with kept on giving me excuses promising me day after day that the job will be delivered. If I knew I was going to wait wait for a months like this I would have taken my business elsewhere because I am the biggest looser in this situation. Those boards need to be installed to finish up a job and now I am incurring losses here for non delivery. It’s very easy for builders warehouse to just tell me sorry for the inconvenience. I believe They did me wrong and sorry its not enough.
