Delivery ******

I bought bitumen 20ltr x 4 online. I received a call stating that the delivery would be on Tuesday and I made provision for someone to receive the order however the person left before receiving the order . I called and informed them that deliveries aren’t accepted after a certain time and that no one was there to receive the stock, I was then told that they delivery guys delivered elsewhere and that someone accepted and signed for the order.

I told them that I don’t know the persons who received the order. On Wednesday, my neighbour called to say the order was was left with them and that the delivery guys were there to collect it, at that point, there were only 2 buckets to account for and the other 2 no where to be found.

I didn’t receive the order nor did I sign for it, this has resulted in 2 being ******. I should not be liable for this loss and I want my 2 buckets from builders and they can take it up with the persons they left the order with
