Deliver a sink without a sink

I ordered a kitchen unit with a sink and had it delivered without the sink!! Didnt think to open the bix and make sure it came with the sink - have the plumbers here to install and lo and behold!! Shopping with Builders has been nothing but a nightmare. On top of that I have a credit that I must jump through hoops for to get back.
