Delay with delivery and missing items

I did an online order and placed the order at the Boksburg Northrand Branch. The order was in excess of R2000. They promise delivery between 2 to 5 days. After a week I heard nothing from them. I contacted the call centre. The agent escalated and was suppose to phone me back but did not. Late the afternoon I received the delivery missing an item. The vacuum cleaner that I bought. the box was not sealed. The delivery guy just put it down and left before I could.look at the vacuum cleaner. It ended up that there was parts missing from the vacuum cleaner. I phoned the call centre again the following day (Friday 1 Dec). He tried his best to sort out the order and identified that the problem was with the branch. I was also not notified of the missing item. He promised me that the missing item will be delivered and that the vacuum cleaner will be replaced today. Friday 1 Dec. He phoned me at 12 in the afternoon. The delivery never arrived today. I do not blame the call centre agent but the Boksburg Nothrand branch Also if you go into the branch the staff is very unwilling to help and in some cases can't even help with product you want. This is now been a couple of bad experiences at this branch. I will definitely not shop there again. Online or instore
