DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT TRIMTECH

<p>On the 13th of May 2016, I purchased a trimtech 650ti from builders warehouse .this weekend i tried using the trimmer and the unit kept detaching itself from the handle .Also the motor makes a loud noise as compared to my neigbours trimtech unit .I also went to Makro this weekend and noticed that the unit comes with free extension cable, which i did not receive with my purchase</p> <p>I reside in the south coast, and travelling to and from your store will incur me further costs and inconvenience</p> <p>I am utterly disappointed that the item was not checked properly before issuing to me</p> <p>DISGUSTED </p> <p> </p>
