Deceit

<p>I purchased a multifunctional soldering iron from Builders Express umgeni rd, Durban Central. I bought it for the woodburning option, when purchasing it, i told the consultant that i would check it out and see if its good enough for what i bought it, if i am not happy i would return it, he said sure not a problem!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Now when I go to the shop to return it they are saying no, they can't exchange it... </p>
