Dear Clueless Warehouse Inc., (Builders)
Ah, where to begin? Remember when you sat in that Business 101 class, diligently noting down how not to conduct business? You must have been the star student because, wow, you’ve really outdone yourselves. Let’s break it down, shall we?
This month alone, I've generously bestowed upon you the honor of serving my exorbitant orders totaling R33901,5. Yes, that’s right. Just one customer, little ol' me, flooding your coffers. I mean, surely those numbers deserve a tad bit of attention, if not a standing ovation.
Order numbers ***, ***, ***? Totaled a teeny-tiny sum of R16706,50. Oh, and I shouldn’t forget the petite order ***, a mere trifle at R6,845. Also, since I’m a glutton for punishment, let’s sprinkle in the R17195.00 I willingly dropped from my Mix Reality PTY LTD ***. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg of my annual Builders Warehouse love affair.
But here comes the pièce de résistance. After languishing for nine whole days (but who’s counting?) for one of my orders, I waltzed into your store, expecting to bask in the warm embrace of customer appreciation. But alas, I was greeted by none other than Mr. Clement, who, in his infinite wisdom, enlightened me with the comedic revelation that I couldn’t collect the items I PAID for. Why? Because somehow there’s a paltry R200.00 outstanding on my account.
It seems you're holding my orders hostage over R200, while comfortably lounging on my R16706,50. It's like someone *****ing a chocolate bar while they have a whole cake in their bag.
Congratulations, Builders Warehouse and a special nod to our dear friend Clement. In the grand theatre of business blunders, you’ve managed to elevate customer torment to an art form. If there were a gold medal for the Olympics of Business Buffoonery, you'd be on the podium.
Given this comedy of errors, I hereby request the immediate cancellation of all my unfulfilled orders with your company. I've come to realize that perhaps my hard-earned money will find a warmer reception with Leroy Merlin, Cash Build, and Chamberlains. At least they might appreciate the business.
Thank you for getting in touch with us. I have responded to your Facebook post.
I have escalated the matter for you. Our team will be in touch with you.

Ah, JF! A beacon of hope in this riveting tale of suspense and digital debauchery. Your prompt acknowledgement from the labyrinth of social media did bring a smile. It's lovely to see that there's a pulse at Builders HQ.
Now, here we stand, 17 hours into this dance, and voila – the stage remains unchanged. It's almost artistic, really. The delicate balance of waiting and wanting, all under the poetic umbrella of a modern business transaction gone awry. Bravo!
Still no celebratory chime to announce the return of my funds. And alas, no serenading sounds of a delivery truck heralding the arrival of my long-lost order. Perhaps my money, as I’ve whimsically imagined, is lounging somewhere exotic, enjoying the sea breeze, far away from the clamor of everyday life.
But JF, in all this jest and jesting, there is a silver lining. My builders, bereft of tangible tasks, have now embarked on an enlightening journey into the world of Unity programming. Yes, thanks to this delightful detour, I may soon be the proud employer of a team ready to erect digital estates, if not their concrete counterparts. They might even simulate a glitch-free Builders Warehouse before my actual order graces my doorstep or my funds return to their digital den. What a world!
JF, as we await the next episode in this enthralling series, might we speed up the plot a tad? The anticipation is palpable, but a denouement would be much appreciated. I'm curious to see how our heroes at Builders will write the next chapter.
Eagerly, and with a sprinkle of playful sarcasm,

I have escalated the matter to as high as I can. I will check with our team if there is any way to speed up the process.
