Dear Builders Warehouse, I would like to commend Mr. Brendon Visagie on his excellent customer service. I read in the morning papers, about a Cat 18 V Impact Drill that you have on special, for R999. The drill is for my brother who resides in Knysna, we could not find it online at your George, PE or Knysna outlets. I called your Paarl branch to see if they were in stock. They had none. Mr. Visagie checked on the system and found it for me at another outlet. I arranged with him to come to the outlet and pay for it, to be collected when it arrives. Mr. Visagie placed the order for me, I paid later that day as arranged. I feel valued as a customer, that placed his trust in me when I said that I would come to the outlet to pay! During our telephonic interaction, he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Please keep it up Mr. Visagie!
