I purchased an Alva heater about a week and a half ago together with a 9kg filled gas cylinder....I barely used the damn thing as it gave me issues to switch on....I have tried so many times to light it but its a mission, I haved called your customer service to complain but no luck....begs the question is there even gas in the tank??♀️
