Damaged Ryobi chainsaw

I bought a Ryobi chainsaw from Builders Warehouse 582 Hendrik Potgieter Street Jim Fouche Strubens Valley Roodepoort 1735. I also bought the 1:25 measuring jug to make sure petrol and oil is mixed properly from the same store and chainsaw oil from the Bergbron Builder Warehouse express.<br> <br> I used the chainsaw a few times despite it having starting issues and managed in total about 30 minutes cutting work. The branches were not too thick. The chainsaw did not start on various occasions and when I did manage to start it, it was with the clutch off position (very dangerous as the chainsaw runs).<br> <br> I returned the chainsaw to Builders Warehouse and was told there is 21 day period which I had no problem with but was annoyed that a brand new chainsaw is troubling me. When I picked up my chainsaw on the 11 October 2015 the job card said the chainsaw was serviced with no reason for the damage. I was livid as how can a new item be serviced and no further description given on the matter. On my return home, a few kms away, I used the same correctly mixed fuel and the chainsaw would not start again.
