Damaged products out of the box

On the 20th December 2020, I bought a Ryobi Planer 2000W AP-13 from Builders. I waited and waited and no delivery.. After following up, they said that there is a delay in getting one. Eventually after a further complaint, I was told they have one for me. I collected it on the2 February 2021 and then opened it for the first time last week to try it out... I didn't notice anything that day, but today I noticed from the back it is a bit skew. On closer inspection, I realised that it is actually damaged. I have photos that clearly indicate the damage and that it is likely when it was still in the packaging that it was dropped. Now before anyone accuses me of doing this, I can assure you that I am not responsible for this. I have a low standing, wheeled trolley that I made to house this, to specifically avoid getting it damaged, not obviously expecting Builders to give me a damaged product out of the box.. Whats seems most likely is that Builders didn't have one in stock and so when I complained about it not being provided, they found and gave me a previously damaged one. My expectation is that you will remedy this as soon as possible as I have been a faithful customer of builders for years now and this is shocking to say the least. Sadly it is also not the first time, having had damaged boards delivered to me previously.. Please call me urgently to advise how to remedy this.
