Damaged product

<p>I purchased a Free standing Bath from Builders Express in Knysna. The Bath was Marked down from R7000 to R4000.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today when my plumber removed the packaging we found that the bath was scratched and chipped.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called and complained but the only offer I received is a refund. I feel this is not fair.</p> <p> </p> <p>I should be supp**** with the product I paid for, and nothing less. </p>
