Damaged goods/ terrible service Order number: ***

This has been the WORST customer experience in my life. Firstly, we ordered Cupboards, they were damaged and we sent them back to be exchanged. We ordered pedestals online, they took our money and said they have no stock. We arranged for a credit at the Rivonia store. We picked up a set of drawers and tried building it that night. The goods were used, came with no instructions and they put the WRONG PARTS. We called customer service literally 15 to 20 times, check on my number ********** , or work number ********** . We called the customer service, spoke to 5 different people, Liston, Keeno, Bronwyn and more. Also at Rivonia spoke to Labious and Beauty. Liston is ***********, he leaves unprofessional voice mails of his personal affairs. Bronwyn makes says that everything will be sorted but never sorts out anything. Labious failed to deliver any goods. We are tired and do not know what to do. I will NEVER buy from Builders again. They can't even exchange their own ****, used, incomplete and damaged goods.
