Damaged goods
Yesterday 24 March 2019, i went and bought a stove hob/fan, which when i arrived home i realised that the product that i was sold was not new as i had initially thought, it clearly shows that it has scratches at the back, and not new at all. i am really dissapointed as i wanted to assemble/install it yesterday as i had someone to assist me with yesterday, but i had to let the person go and that created huge inconvinence in my life.

I'm sorry that the stove that you purchased from us had scratches on it. I can understand your concerns as this is a brand new item and that you had gotten someone to install it for you.
