Cutting Shop services a total disaster!!!

Absolute worst service. Builders Warehouse in Erasmus park at the Castle Gate Shopping Village should seriously think about closing down some departments.

I have a home project to building some shelving units for toys boxes. People use Builder Warehouse to purchase and cut their job due to convenience. I however think this selling card has been totally removed from the Erasmus park Builders Warehouse deck.

After visiting the store 6 times (Approx 4 hours spent in total in the store) I still do not have my order. The reasons from first to last are having no edging stock, to incorrectly cutting and edging the job, to running out of edging stock again (because the job had to be redone), to completing the job with all dimensions being undersized except one, to them shutting the cut-shop due to the machine calibration being out. Then to add to that they were unable to refund me into my bank card.

Do to the lost that department is making and the serious negative impact it is having on loyal customers, I would give up on that department all together.

Please can we get Leroy Merlin in PTA!!!
