Customers must stop accepting the website prices & check when in store

The company gets worse as time passes. Earlier today went to Northriding to buy duct tape. Checked on the website & black was listed as R93.00. In store R105.00. When I queried this, it was claimed that website prices are for online purchasing, and disregarded the fact that the website clearly asks that a Store be selected to view availability. The arrogance and attitude are disgusting and it's just a complete *******. I left the store and will rather go to Chamberlains or another company. It can be assumed that BW hope that customers who check R's on the website don't confirm when instore and accept that they are not been **********. In closing - I wear a face shield & when the staff member approached his first comment was about the mask. When I commented about the complete lack of social distancing he commented about it been difficult with customers but had no comment regarding the staff.
